All items are custom and handmade, meaning there may be slight variations between each piece. This is part of their unique, handcrafted nature.
Any marks left by the embroidery hoops during production will naturally fade with time. If they don’t, simply give the sweatshirt a wash to remove them.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the item has not been customized. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For any design adaptations or personalizations (such as lighter text on a dark sweatshirt), please make sure to fill in the ‘Personalisation’ box at checkout. If no changes are specified, you will receive the design exactly as pictured.
